Obituary for James William Polyblank James William Polyblank, 71, of Connellsville, passed away peacefully Sun. Nov. 18, 2018 in Generations Elder Care, Uniontown.
He was born Oct. 16, 1947 in Connellsville a son of the late Robert A. and Eleanor Lechliter Polyblank, Sr. James was a graduate of Connellsville High School with the class of 1964. He enjoyed scouting as a youth and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout.
He was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy from 1965 to 1981 and was a member of the American Disabled Veterans. James was a member of the Connellsville Alliance Church. James will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by his loving family, his children Robert E. Polyblank and wife Emma Jane of Connellsville, his daughter Jamie Polyblank of Jacksonville, FL.
, his grandchildren Timothy, Johnathan, Benjamin, and Elizabeth Polyblank, Aaron and Ty English, and Brandon Cervantes, and his brothers Robert A. Polyblank, Jr. and wife Angie of Mt. Pleasant, Dennis Polyblank and wife Kimberly of Scottdale, and Douglas Polyblank and wife Beverly of Connellsville. In addition to his parents James was predeceased by his wife Betty Jean Morton Polyblank.
Family and friends will be received Sun. from 2-4 and 6-8 PM in the Brooks Funeral Home Inc., 111 E. Green St. Connellsville (724-628-1430) where a Funeral Service will be held Mon. at 11:00 AM, with Pastor James Turnbull officiating.
A Committal Service with Full Military Rites will then be conducted at 2:30 PM, in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, 1158 Morgan Rd. , Bridgeville, PA. 15017 (Anyone wishing to attend please go directly to the Cemetery).
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to the Disabled American Veterans or the Wounded Warrior Project, in memory of James W. Polyblank.
