Obituary for Jason Ray Mason Jason Ray Mason, 43, of Cape Girardeau, passed away Sunday, November 25, 2018 at Life Care Center of Cape Girardeau. He was born February 13, 1975 in Brush, Colorado to Ernest and Barbara (Terry) Mason. Jason worked as an auto body mechanic for many years in Jackson and Cape Girardeau.

He also had worked for Davis Glass Company and Edgewater Glass Company. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Loving survivors include his mother, Barbara of Cape Girardeau; former wife, Mary Mason of Jackson; sons, Hunter and Dylan Mason of Jackson; sister, Danetta Mason of Cape Girardeau.

He was preceded in death by his father; brother, Joseph Ernest Mason and sister, Andrea Dawn Mason. Funeral service will be Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel with Rev.

Steve Koerner officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at McLain Chapel in Oriole, Missouri.
