Obituary for Greg “Sparky” Sparkman Greg “Sparky” Sparkman, 58, of Gordonville, Missouri died Saturday, November 24, 2018 at his daughter’s home. He was born September 21, 1960 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri to Glenn and Mary Sanders Sparkman. He was past owner and operator of Sparkman Auto & Marine Sales.

He loved to coon hunt, ride horses, buy sell and trade, and was very strong in his faith. He attended Cape County Cowboy Church. Survivors include his wife, Lisa Sparkman of Gordonville; mother, Mary Sparkman of Saint Louis, Missouri; one daughter, Kaci Jo (friend, Todd Johnson) Sparkman of Gordonville; one son, Garrett (Ashley) Sparkman of Cape Girardeau; one sister, Teresa (Manuel) Reyna of Yorkville, Illinois; four grandchildren, Colter Eck, Ella Sparkman, Rees Flannery and Vera Grace Sparkman; one niece, Tatum Dalton of Roseville, Minnesota; and one nephew, Jesse Dalton of Iowa City, Iowa.

He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers, Stephen Sparkman and John G. Sparkman. Visitation will be 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at Cape County Cowboy Church in Oak Ridge. Celebration of Life will follow at 7:00 pm at the church with the Rev.

Jim Matthews officiating. Private burial will be at Cape County Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau at a later date. Memorial contributions may be given to Shriners Hospitals For Children and Cape County Cowboy Church.
