Jason Wayne Carr, 39, has left behind our world of constant pain and suffering after an eleven year battle with brain cancer. He’s moved on to join his loving mother Shawn Radford Quesenberry whom he couldn’t wait to see again. He was also happily reunited with his maternal grandparents, McRae and Lois Maiden Radford, and his paternal grandmother Nannie Carr, all formerly residing in Collinsville, VA.

Many aunts, uncles, and cousins were also there to welcome him home. Jason is survived by his father Steven Carr and wife Gail of Augusta VA. His big brother, Shane Carr of Wendell, NC and his family; wife Holly, daughter Kayla, sons Tristan and Kaleb.

Also surviving Jason is his baby sister, Kelly Quesenberry of Bassett, VA and her daughter Layla. He also leaves behind his soulmate and partner of 19 years, Michelle Gilley, and four amazing children; Mykayla 19, Savannah 16, Tyler 12, and Kayra 9. Burial is to be at Henry Memorial Gardens, in Henry Country, Virginia, and the arrangements are still pending.
