Jeanette Golombek, 83, of Westminster, MD passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at her home. Born April 25, 1935 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Eli and Mildred (Stichel) Goldstein. Jeanette was an Administrative Assistant with RK&K Engineering in Baltimore for many years.

She enjoyed reading and swimming. She resided in Virginia for many years and was very active in her church there. In her later years, she moved to Westminster to be closer to her family.

Jeanette enjoyed spending time with her family and loved her dogs and cats. She is survived by daughter Debbie Street and husband Randy and son, Barry Hyman and wife Anne, all of Westminster; grandchildren, Ryan, Cory, Sean, Danny, and Drew; great-grandchildren, Tyler, Lilah, Jackson, Aria, and Dylan; brothers, Albert Goldstein and wife Diane of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Louis Goldstein and wife Sissy of Baltimore; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Henry Goldstein and a sister, Lillian Broccolina.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 11, 2018 at MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME, 91 Willis St., Westminster, MD with Funeral Celebrant, John Morrill officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, May 10th at the funeral home.
