Funeral Services for Jeanne L. Crone, 92, will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, May 24, 2018 at Barr-Price Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel with visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Burial will be held 1 p.m. following the service at Fort Jackson National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to GlobalMissionsProject.com for the Cuba Missions.

Mrs. Crone passed away May 16, 2018. Born in Allentown, PA, she was the daughter of the late William Henry and Elsie Saylor Ross. She has the love of Christ in her heart and was a beloved mother.

Mrs. Crone was a leader of the Pioneer Girls in her church in Pennsylvania. She was also a life long quilter. She is survived by her husband of 70 years, David C. Crone, Sr., sons; David C. Crone Jr. (Karen) and Neil J. Crone (Eileen), daughters; Cathleen B. Knapp (John), Ruth E. Smith (Kenneth), and Mary E. Marchetto-Anderson (Raymond), 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.

She was predeceased by 2 sisters and 1 grandchild.
