Jeffrey Lynn Grocox, 66, of Rushville, passed away on February 14, 2019 in Rushville. He was born on July 28, 1952 in Rushville to the late David and Merle (Elliott) Grocox. Jeff was a 1971 graduate of Rushville High School.

He married Esther “Bunny” (Hardman) Grocox on February 20, 1991 and she survives. Jeff was a retired pipefitter from Ford Motor Company. He served in the United States Marine Corp on the Presidential Honor Guard in Camp David.

Jeff was an avid fisherman and hunter. In addition to his wife, Bunny; he is survived by his son, Don “Tad” (Victoria) Wiger of Minnesota; brothers, Larry (Jan) Grocox of Henderson, NV, Dewey (Linda) Grocox of Rushville, IN and Mike (Nancy) Grocox of Shelbyville, IN; granddaughter, Nora Wiger; 2 step-granddaughters, Devin and Drew Lenzmeier. Jeff is preceded in death by his 2 sisters.
