Obituary for Jerry Wendell Yankee Jerry Wendell Yankee, 77, of Mooresburg, passed away at his home on Saturday, June 2, 2018. He was retired from American Enka in Morristown, TN and was a Vietnam Veteran. He was preceded in death by his father, Homer Yankee; mother, Georgia Yankee; wife, Dorothy Yankee; son, Mike Yankee; five brothers; and one sister.

He is survived by his daughter, Sabrina Yankee; son, Shane Yankee and fiancé Alice Diste; granddaughter, Jessica Clevinger and husband Cody; numerous nieces and nephews; special friends, Alice Atchison, Hal Hunt, and Hagan Roberts. The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at Christian-Sells Funeral Home in Rogersville. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 pm with Rev.
