Obituary for Ross Hopkins Ross Evans Hopkins, 55, of Rogersville went to be with the Lord Friday, July 27, 2018 after a brief illness. He was employed at Cooper Standard. He attended McKinney Chapel.

He was preceded in death by his father, Claude Hopkins; mother, Margaret Hopkins; sister, Emma Rodriguez; brother, Hoppie Hopkins; mother-in-law, Lucille Johnson; sister-in-law, Mary Mauk. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Joanne Hopkins; daughters, Madi Hopkins, Miranda Mauk, Chelsea Mauk all of the home, Crystallee (Scott) Barr of North Carolina, and Jessica Watson; grandchildren, Katee, Gracee, Rachael, and Cyndi; special nieces and nephews; father-in-law, Johnny Johnson; brother-in-law, Johnny Lee (Diane) Johnson; and special niece, Ginger (Dewayne) Johnson. The family will receive friends Sunday, July 28, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Christian-Sells Funeral Home and any time at the home, 153 Meadowbrook Lane.

Funeral service will follow at 8:00 p.m. with Rev. Jerry Wayne Lawson officiating. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 29, 2018 at McKinney Chapel Church Cemetery.
