Obituary for Kathy Heck Kathy Marie Burns Heck, age 62, of Rogersville, Tennessee, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 11, 2018, at her home surrounded by family. Kathy was a member of Tarpine Valley Missionary Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kristie Renea Heck; parents, Luther and Bessie Burns; brother, J.C. Burns; and sister, Helen Morelock. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Donnie Heck; son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Becky Heck; grandchildren, Dylan Heck and Kristen Heck; three brothers, Vernon (Sue) Burns, Albert “Pete” (Linda) Burns, and Kelly Burns; two sisters, Joyce Smith and Brenda (Craig) Cooter; and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Friday, July 13, 2018, at Christian-Sells Funeral Home in Rogersville.

Funeral services will follow at 7:00 pm with Rev. Ken Cradic officiating and Cody Miley officiating. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday at Providence-County Line Cemetery.
