Obituary for Mary Elizabeth Helton Mary Elizabeth “Libby” Burke Helton, 45, of Rogersville, gained her angel wings on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 after a lengthy illness. She passed peacefully at home with her loving family by her side. She was formerly employed at Dixie Queen Restaurant.

She is preceded in death by her father, Thomas Burke; step-mother, Patty Good; step-grand mother, Dixie Hamilton, as well as other grandparents, aunts and uncles. She leaves behind two daughters: Falicia Simmons and fiance’ Robert Johnson and Kristin Smith and husband Casey as well as six, beautiful grandchildren: Carter Wayne Webb, Brantlee Wayne Johnson, Jace Russell Johnson, Abigail Marie Smith, Jayden Lynn Smith and Hadley Mae Smith. She is also survived by her mother, Wilma Jean Evans, and brother, Joe McIntosh, both of Arizona, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, September 22, 2018 from 4-6 pm at the Bridge Baptist Church, 2243 East Main Street, Rogersville, TN. Pastor Bobby Joe Hancock will officiate. Music provided by Craig Stapleton.
