Obituary for Robin Robinson Robin Marie ‘Muldoon’ Robinson, of Rogersville, passed away Monday, September 3, 2018 following a courageous battle with ALS. Born February 5, 1968, in Covington, KY, she was raised in Vandalia, Ohio, until moving to Rogersville, TN in 1997. Robin was a member of Mckinney’s Chapel Church where she was saved and baptized in early 2001.
Robin loved to cook and bake bread, especially for others. She enjoyed going to see the Reds and Nascar when Jeff Gordon was driving. She loved her family and enjoyed traveling.
Robin was preceded in death by her dad, Jim Muldoon Sr.; grandparents, Don and Margaret Streitenberger and John and Louise Muldoon; mother-in-law, Wanda Abele; special cousin and papaw to her boys, Charles Seymore; and numerous aunts, uncles, and relatives. Robin is survived by her husband, Jeff Robinson; three sons, Brooks Robinson, Andrew Williams, and Michael Shupe (Jamie); two grandchildren, Logan and Lily Shupe of Ohio; brothers, Jim Muldoon (Mary) of Cincinnati, Ohio, Gary Muldoon (Nancy), Steve Muldoon, Dave Muldoon (Donna), Michael Muldoon (Tanya); sisters, Ruth Osterfield (Dennis), Sue Gibson (Bob), Rebecca Myers (Greg), all from Ohio; brothers and sisters-in-law, Perry Robinson (Missy) of Fort Myers, Florida, Terry Robinson (Lori) of West Alexandria, Ohio, and Veronica Cates of Dayton, Ohio. Jeff and Brooks would like to thank the Medicine Shoppe of Rogersville, Dr. Danny Wester and staff, Dr. Kasarskis of the U.K. Neurology Dept.
, especially Megan Bruno, for all her help throughout Robin’s fight, Amedisys Hospice of Morristown, including Amy Jones, Callie Peterson RN, Desrae Smallwood CNA, Jennifer Collins RN, and Carol Masters Social Worker, also the Amedisys of Rogersville, and a special thank you to Nicole Matthews, Rose Atkins, Steve and Tonya Hayworth and family, Sam Cook, and Cody Kerns. Robin’s last selfless act on her life’s journey was being donated to Lincoln Memorial University Debusk College of Osteopathic Medicine for the education of others. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Christian-Sells Funeral Home in Rogersville. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 pm with Pastor Jerry Wayne Lawson and Rev.
