Obituary for Shelby Jean Wilder Shelby Wilder, age 80, of Bulls Gap, passed away on Thursday, September 6, 2018, at her home. She was a daughter of Orbin and Mary Bell Arnold Klepper. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Beatrice Fox, Annie Patterson, Maggie Burns, and Ruby Lawson; brothers, Jay Klepper, Orville Klepper, and Charles “Ekell” Klepper.

She was a member of Oak Grove Primitive Baptist Church and attended Compassion Church. She was also a member of the Bulls Gap Auxillary Post # 9683. Survivors include her loving husband, Jimmy Wilder; daughters, Abby Weems Blama, Kathy Weems Kojundic, Melissa Weems Kojundic, and Regina Wilder Norton and husband Marvin; grandchildren, Donovin Dodge, Michael Blama, Emily Norton, Kelly Norton ton, Kevin Blama, Sarah Norton, Kaci Kojundic, Jason Kojundic, Caden Norton, Zaxton Norton, Layla Norton, Casey Beck, and Arabella Norton; great grandson, Dylan Dodge; sister, Willie Klepper Presley; a special caregiver and “daughter”, Dana Chamberlain-Peake; an adopted son, Gary Helton; and an adopted daughter, Kawana Rose.

Several nieces, nephews, and extended Weems family also survive. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Amedisys Hospice. The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 9, 2018, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Christian-Sells Funeral Home in Rogersville.

The funeral service will follow at 8:00 pm with Pastor Travis Mills officiating. The graveside service will be held on Monday at 1:00 pm in Otes Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Gordon Presley officiating.
