Obituary for Joe Davis Joe A. Davis, age 77, of Rogersville, passed away peacefully at home Friday, June 29, 2018, with family and friends by his side. He was saved at the age of 12 at Davis Chapel Church. He was the owner of Davis Sawmill, Logging and Heavy Equipment.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Angiemae Davis; brother, Jack Davis; mother, Eda Davis; father, Broten Davis; brother, James; sister, Shelby Jean Henard. Joe is survived by his wife, Pat Davis; sons, Jerry (Vickie) Davis, Terry Debbie) Davis all of Rogersville; grandsons, Cody (Heather), Eric (Rachael); granddaughters, Courtney (Adam), Anna Grace; great-grandson, Abel; great-granddaughters, Presley, Elliemae, Jacelyn Belle; special brother-in-law, Blake Henard; sister-in-law, Louella Davis; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Frank Yelton, Paul Weston. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Sunday, July 1, 2018, at Christian-Sells Funeral Home.

Funeral services follow with Pastor Jerry Ramsey and Rev. Jerry Bussell officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Christian-Sells Funeral Home, P. O. Box 775, Rogersville, TN 37857.

Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, July, 2, 2018, at Davis Cemetery. Condolences may be sent at www. christiansells.com.
