Joan L. Stull, 64, of Hanover, PA, entered peacefully into God’s eternal care Friday, December 28, 2018, at home with her loving family by her side. Born November 10, 1954, in Gettysburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late John P. and Rae F. (Folkenroth) Koontz. She was the wife of James E. Stull.

Joan was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, Hanover, PA. Joan was a 1972 graduate of Hanover High School, Hanover, PA. She worked as a billing clerk in transportation for UNFI in York, PA for fourteen years.

Joan was a member of A.A.R.P. and enjoyed volunteering with the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Joan is survived by her children, Russell J. Wolf and his wife Jeanette of Hanover, PA, David W. Wolf and wife Gina of Ashland, ME, Greg J. Wolf and his wife Alicia of Littlestown, PA; nine grandchildren, Nicole Glatfelter, Courtney Wolf, Benjamin Wolf, Trayton Wolf, Kehgan Wolf, Ayden Wolf, Paige Wolf, Lexis Wolf and Madison Wolf; one great-grandchild, Kamdyn Bangs; and two sisters, Doris R. Geeting of Hanover, PA, and Bonnie M. Creager and her husband Sidney, III of Chambersburg, PA.

A service to celebrate and remember Joan’s life will be held 11 AM, Friday, January 4, 2019 at the Kenworthy Funeral Home, Inc., 269 Frederick Street, Hanover, PA, with Chaplain Betty Fundalewicz officiating. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover, PA. A viewing and time to share memories with the family will be held from 6 – 8 PM, Thursday, January 3, 2019 at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Joan’s memory to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, 2951 Whiteford Rd. #304, York, PA 17402 or the Adams County SPCA, 11 Goldenville Rd. , Gettysburg, PA 17325.
