John Carpenter June 16, 1948 – January 16, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers View/Sign Guest Book| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card John Lott Carpenter, Jr. Born to John Lott Sr. and Katherine Paulette Carpenter June 16, 1948 and left us on January 16th 11:59, 2019. He died peacefully at the Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington, NC where he opened his eyes for the last time to see his Mother and Father welcoming him home. John is survived by sisters, Candice Davenport of Midlothian Virginia, Sandra McDonald and husband Charles, Youngsville NC, Bothers, Peter Carpenter and wife Donice, Lexington, NC; Robert Carpenter and wife Rebecca, Fredrick Maryland.

Nieces and a nephew include: Amanda Quigley and husband Michael, Katherine Carpenter, Tenley Davenport, Felia Davenport, Langdon Quigley, Emerson Quigley, Kylah Davenport, Melina Cordova, and Kalessi Davenport. John lived an eclectic life gathering a vast amount of experiences and then sharing it with everyone. In the last few years John became a father figure to a very special young man Keyari, whom John adored.

Special thanks to the wonderful staff of the Hinkle Hospice House of Davidson County for the loving care and attention they shared with John. John has gone to be with his Mom and Dad in heaven, God Bless Him.
