Obituary for John Keith Gowder John Keith Gowder, 70, of Summerville, husband of the late Juanita Gowder, passed away on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at his residence. Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Tuesday, November 27,2018 from 1 o’clock to 3 o’clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. Funeral service will begin at 3 o’clock.

Burial will follow at Dorchester Memory Gardens, 11000 Dorchester Rd. , Summerville, SC 29485. Flowers will be accepted.

Keith was born on May 25, 1948 in Charleston, SC, son of the late Robert and Effie Gowder. He received his Bachelors in Economics from Baptist College in 1986. He enjoyed fishing and reading.

Survivors include: two daughters: Wendy George (Jay) of Summerville and Rose Kunkle (John) of Florida; four grandchildren: Harley George, Holden George, Lily Gowder and Trey Kunkle; one sister: Vivian Grooms (Steve) of Summerville.
