Obituary for John Samuel Terracina John Samuel Terracina, age 91, a long time businessman in Thibodaux, passed away Sunday, October 28, 2018. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at Landry’s Funeral Home from 8:00 AM until 10:45 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral in Thibodaux.

Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. He is survived by his children, Chris Terracina and wife, Mary; Linda Oncale and husband, David; Debra Webre and husband, Robert; Laura Terracina; and Nicholas Terracina and wife, Rachel; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Terracina Clause, Erin Terracina Dagate, John Terracina, Kristie Oncale Hartman, Andrew Oncale, Ashley Webre, Amy Fuqua, Nicholas Terracina, and Jacob Terracina; 8 great-grandchildren; brother, Lucas Terracina; and sister, Geneive Terracina Percle. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Dupeire Terracina; parents, Antoinette “Lena” Totina Terracina and Samuel Terracina; and siblings, Josephine Terracina Surratt, Mary Terracina Percle, and Frank Terracina.

The family would like to thank his caregivers, Lois Joseph, Earthala Mills Slugger, Germaine Ingram, and the staff at The Claiborne for their love and care.
