Obituary for John T. Tucker Sr. John Thomas Tucker, Sr., 89, of Wadesville, passed away Sunday, October 28, 2018 at his home surrounded by family. Mr. Tucker was born March 27, 1929 in Island, KY to the late Oval Lee and Jacquline Marie (Arizona) Tucker. He worked as a civil engineer for over 40 years at Koester Construction and also as a riverboat captain in his younger years.

Surviving John are his wife of over 50 year, Carmen E. (Kindred) Tucker; grandchildren, Jacquline Scales and John Thomas Tucker, III and great grandchildren, Christian, Leona and Marilyn Tucker and Brandon, Patrick and Evelynn Scales. In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by a son, John Thomas Tucker, Jr. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, November 2, 2018 at Poseyville Cemetery in Poseyville, IN. Friends may visit with the family from 4:00 until 7:00 PM on Thursday at Pierre Funeral Home, 2601 W. Franklin Street.
