Preceded in death by his mother, Regina Riley. Survived by his father, Russell R. (Shirley) Frangella and one brother, Michael Frangella. Private Services and Military Honors will be held at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 1:00 PM.
