Obituary for Jose Gutierrez Jose Gutierrez, age 44, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday June 10th. Joe was born on May 9, 1974 to Jose Gutierrez and Patricia Roberts in Muskegon, MI. Joe worked as a machine operator for Busche Performance in Fruitport.

He was an organ donor and was able to donate his heart, both lungs, both kidneys and his liver. He enjoyed spending time with his boys, weightlifting, BMX biking, and playing his drum set. SURVIVORS include 2 sons, Jordan and Justin Gutierrez; father, Jose Gutierrez; brother, Anthony (Laura) Gutierrez; sisters, Elvita (Mike) Lewandowski and Amie Sterling; nephews and nieces, Ryker, Jase, Cody, Lance, Molly, Elise, Elexis and Bret.

Joe was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Hall, sister, Nicole Gutierrez; grandfather, David Gutierrez; grandmother, Cruz Vallejo; uncle, Willie Gutierrez and friend, Sherry Peiter. A MEMORIAL SERVICE for Joe will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 28, 2018 at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., 231-798-1100. VISITATION with the family will be held an hour prior to the service.
