Joseph’s Obituary Joseph Raywood Broussard, 89, of Hemphill, Texas passed away Sunday, January 20, 2019 at his residence. Joe was born June 9, 1929 in Kaplan, Louisiana to Nolan and Ozite Seaux Broussard. He served in the United States Air Force and was barber for many years.

Joe was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel Frances Broussard and his daughter, Vanessa Lynn Broussard. He is survived by his son, Joseph Michael Broussard of Coulterville, Illinois; his daughters, Lori Bauer and husband, Bob, of Freeburg, Illinois and Donna Dubke and husband, Larry, of Mauriceville, Texas; grandchildren, Ellie Borg and husband, Bob, Bobbie Bauer, Jr. and wife, Terri, Shannon Bauer, Ross Bauer and wife, Lena, Joseph Broussard, Christian Broussard and wife, Rachel, Heather Hood, Nolan Keith Hollie and wife, Brandy, Lance Broussard, and Evan Joseph Leo Hollie; and many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Cremation arrangements were handled by Starr Funeral Home in Hemphill, Texas.
