Joyce Timothy Miller Ashby 1936 ~ 2019 Joyce Timothy Miller Ashby, 82, was born February 25, 1936 in Roosevelt, Utah to Weston and Mary Jane King Timothy. She passed away January 2, 2019 in Clearfield, Utah. She married Waldo L. Miller, he preceded her in death.

She later married Francis Eugene Ashby. Joyce was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was a very talented artist.

She is survived by two sons and four daughters; Kelly (Sue) Miller, Scott Miller, Shelly Denece (Mike) Adams, Heidi (Steve) Ashdown, Holly (Troy) Opheikens, Laurie Jill (James) Fisher; step-daughter Darinda Strong, 32 grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren and many great-great –grandchildren and counting. She was preceded in death by her husband Francis. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 7, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No.

Fairfield Rd. , Layton, Utah. Friends may visit with family Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary.
