Joycelyn Edwards, Age 81, of Wilmington, passed away suddenly Thursday morning, April 26, 2018 at the Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington, Ohio. She was born October 19, 1936 in Xenia, Ohio, daughter of the late Charles A. & Cleo (Craig) Hiney. A graduate of the Port William High School, Joycelyn had owned and operated the Pure Joys Restaurant in Lebanon, Ohio for many years.

She was also involved with harness racing in Clinton and Warren Counties for many years. Surviving are her daughter, Belinda (William “Bill” Jr.) Baldwin, Leesburg, OH; 4 sons- John (Debra) Edwards, Darrell (Mary Lou) Edwards, Robert (Margaret) Edwards, all of Wilmington & Craig (Joyce) Edwards, of Port William, OH; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-granchildren and special friend- Belinda Kay Doyle. In addition to her parents, Joycelyn was preceded in death by her grandson- Wayne Allen Edwards; great-grandson- Oaklen Edwards; and special friend- Bud Clevenger.

The family will receive friends from 3-5 PM, Sunday April 29, 2018 at the Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Locust Street at North Mulberry Street, Wilmington Interment at the families convenience will be in the Springfield Friends Cemetery.
