Obituary for Kalena Kay Crews Services for Kalena Kay Crews, age 48 of Lindale, are scheduled for 2:30 PM Saturday, July 21, 2018 at the First Baptist Church in Lindale with Pastor Tom Buck and Pastor Bryan Grant officiating. Interment will follow in the Harris Chapel Cemetery with services under the direction of Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home in Lindale. Kalena passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2018 in Lindale.

She was born December 19, 1969 in Tyler. Kalena graduated from Lindale High School in 1988, Tyler Junior College in 1993 and U.T. Tyler. She was a member of Green Acres Baptist Church where she attended Sunday School, was a member of the Singles Class, and was involved in missions.

Kalena worked for East Texas Medical Center in Tyler for over 21 years and was working case management for Hospice of East Texas. She is survived by her children, Hannah Kay Crews of Lindale; Benham Leon Crews of Lindale; parents, Jerry and Merran Crews of Lindale; sister, Ladana Crews of Lindale; brother, Jeff Crews and wife, Whitney of Lindale; grandmother, Doris Holder of Seymore; 2 nieces, Kelsey and MaKenna Crews of Lindale; great nephew, Eli Crews of Lindale; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, July 20, 2018 at the Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home in Lindale.
