Kathleen J. Mills, 81, of Woodstock, IL, and formerly of Beloit, WI, died Saturday, February 16, 2019 at Hearthstone Senior Living. She was born January 26, 1938 in Beloit, WI, the daughter of Lester and Irene (Boyle) Webster. Kathy was a graduate of Beloit High School.

She married Donald R. Mills on July 28, 1956 in South Beloit, IL. Kathy was employed by the Roscoe School District. Survivors include her husband, Donald Mills of Woodstock, IL; daughter, Deborah Russell of Edgewater, FL; daughter-in-law, Laura Mills of Lakewood, IL; grandchildren, Shannon (Jason) Mayfield, Nicole Mills, Bradley Mills, and Mitchell Mills; great grandchildren, Wyatt and Wesley Mayfield, and Lincoln Raskey; sister, Elizabeth Boyle of Rockton, IL.

She was predeceased by her parents, infant daughter Terry Lyn Mills, sons Timothy Mills and Doug Mills, son-in-law Larry Russell, two brothers and two sisters. Funeral service for Kathy will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 22, 2019 in the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, 2355 Cranston Road, Beloit, WI, with Pastor Norman Starks officiating. Burial will be in Floral Lawn Cemetery, South Beloit, IL.

Visitation of remembrance will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service Friday in the funeral home.
