Obituary for Kathryn “Louise” Fisher Kathryn “Louise” Fisher, 80, of Wapakoneta, passed away at 5:40 p.m., Mon. July 9, 2018, at Mercy Health-St. Rita’s Medical Center, Lima, with her family at her side. She was born Oct.
3, 1937, in Wapakoneta, the daughter of Paul M. & Kathryn Louise (McFarland) Manger. On April 19, 1958, she married her loving husband of 60 years, Marvin Fisher, and he survives in Wapakoneta. Other survivors include, 5 children, Tony Fisher, Pam (Tim) Coon, Vicki (Tim) Reineck, Philip (Kimberly) Fisher, & Paula (Jim) Sawmiller, grandchildren, Alex Fisher, James (Lindsay Boggs) Dailey II, Michael (Alysia Goss) Dailey, Kasey (Nate Bice) Dailey, Laura (C.J. Shroyer) Dailey, Jamie (Devan) Selanders, Rachel (Aaron Panning) Reineck, Eden Fisher, Jacob Sawmiller, Emma Sawmiller, & Jenna Sawmiller, great grandchildren, Amelia Dailey, Chance & Zayden Bice, Kyra Dailey, Hunter Shroyer, & Kallea Shoffner, a brother, Thomas (Carol) Manger, 3 sisters-in-law, Kay Manger, Dolores Ruck, & Mary Agnes Fisher, numerous nieces & nephews.
Louise was welcomed into Heaven by her granddaughters, Angela Reineck & Emily Ridenour; her parents, Paul & Kathryn Manger; her father-in-law & mother-in-law, Arthur & Marie Fisher; her siblings, Paul Richard “Bung” Manger, and Patricia Pickering. Also, she was preceded in death by her brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law, Freda Heddleson, Richard (Helen) Fisher, Delbert (Janet) Fisher, Merle Fisher, George Ruck, & Wayne Fisher. A 1955 graduate of St. Joseph High School, Louise worked as a bookkeeper at several area businesses.
She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Wapakoneta, where she attended Mass and volunteered at the Fourth of July Festival. Every morning, Louise would spend quiet time in prayer. She was an avid Buckeyes, Reds and Indians fan.
She and Marvin enjoyed going to casinos after retirement, and in her younger years enjoyed bowling. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m., Fri. July 13, 2018, at the St. Joseph Catholic Church, Wapakoneta, with Rev.
Sean Wilson officiating. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m., Thurs. and 9-10 a.m., Fri.
, at the Eley Funeral Home & Crematory, 1102 Lincoln Ave. , (St. Rt. 501) Wapakoneta.
