Baker, 46, of Mexico, passed away on Sunday, January 27, 2019 at Pin Oaks Living Center. A Celebration of Life will be at a later date. Kathy was born on February 26, 1972 in St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of Virgil Wayne Baker and Jo Turchie.

Miss Baker was a 1990 graduate of Camdenton High School and had worked for Spartan Light Metals in Mexico. She loved movies and was known to quote many lines from her favorites. Kathy also enjoyed listening to music.

She was a devoted Little Monster and knew all of Lady Gaga’s song lyrics by heart. Survivors include her mother, Jo Turchie of Mexico; two sisters, Sarah (Joe) Maxwell of Mexico and Christy Baker of Mexico; four nieces, Megan (Tyler) Huez of Newport Beach, California, Shannen Maxwell of Chicago, Illinois, Lauren Stone of Mexico and Mya Stone of Mexico; one nephew, Tyler Stone of Mexico; and many cousins. Kathy was preceded in death by her father, Virgil Baker.
