Kenneth Fein passed away on Wednesday, July 4, 2018, in Durham, NC at the age of 77. He was born in Brooklyn, NY, on April 30, 1941, to the late Katherine (Kay) and Carl Fein. During the 1970s, Mr. Fein was a pioneer of the electronics distribution industry.

Throughout his career, Mr. Fein owned several electronics distribution companies in New York and Connecticut. After retirement, he moved with his wife, Patricia Fein, to Carolina Trace in Sanford, NC, where he enjoyed playing… Read More » golf and other activities with friends. He loved listening to classical music, watching movies and sharing meals with his family, and spoiling his grandchildren.

Besides Patricia, his wife of 42 years, he is survived by two daughters, Karen Fein and Cristina Fein; his son, Thomas Fein; three grandsons, Oscar Fein, Peter Cleary, and Noel Cleary; and four nieces and nephews. His sister, Abby Kolansky, died in 2017. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations in his name to St. Francis Anglican Church, Sanford . Services are entrusted to Miller-Boles Funeral Home.
