Obituary for Kenny Wayne Martin Kenny Wayne Martin Sarepta, LA Funeral Service for Mr. Kenny Wayne Martin, age 84, will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, October 6, 2018, at the Old Sarepta Missionary Baptist Church, with Rev. Charles Woolley officiating. Interment will follow in Old Sarepta Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 5, 2018, 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Bailey Funeral Home-Springhill. Mr. Martin was born on September 25, 1934 to William Lawrence and Mattie Turell Hilburn Martin in Sarepta, LA and passed away on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 in Bossier City, LA. He enjoyed cheering for the Sarepta Hornets and the Dallas Cowboys, going to fish frys, and ice cold Coca Cola.

He also loved spending time with his dog “Peanut”. He is survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. Mr. Martin was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Evelyn Cole; and brothers, William Lawrence “LJ” Martin, Jr., and James Carlton Martin.
