Kerima Sue McLucas, 53, of Hanover, PA, entered God’s eternal care Thursday, July 12, 2018 at UPMC Pinnacle, Hanover, PA. Born October 15, 1964 in Silver Spring, MD, she was the daughter of the late Cumhur and Dorothy M. (Dayton) Alp. Kerima was the loving wife of Brian D. McLucas with whom she shared 15 years of marriage.

Kerima was a 2014 graduate of Clarion University, earning a B.S. in Library Science. She worked in Computer Information Services for the Department of Defense for eleven years and more recently was a Library Tech at Harrisburg Area Community College. Kerima loved needlepoint, listening to music and spending time with her family.

In addition to her loving husband, Brian, Kerima is survived by her children, Lance C. Jarmon and wife Kalandria K. Jarmon of Clinton, MD, and Nicole L. Blackburn and wife Nicole L. Tana of Forest Hill, MD; one granddaughter, Baylee; a brother, James Alp of Dayton, OH; and a sister, Mina Pincus of Preston, MD. A service to celebrate and remember Kerima’s life will be held 10:00 AM, Monday, July 16, 2018 at the Kenworthy Funeral Home, Inc., 269 Frederick Street, Hanover, PA, with the Rev. Philip K. Nace officiating.

Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. A viewing and time to share memories with the family will be held from 2:00-4:00PM and 6:00-8:00PM, Sunday, July 15, 2018 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Kerima’s name to the Sweet Charities Cancer Patient Fund, PMB 154, 1150 Carlisle Street, Hanover, PA 17331.

The family has entrusted the funeral arrangements to the Kenworthy Funeral Home, Inc., 269 Frederick Street, Hanover, PA. Memories and condolences may be shared at www. kenworthyfh.com.
