Larry Bever, 80, of Hastings passed after a long battle with pneumonia at the Hastings Home in Hastings where he was one of their first residents. Larry was born in Hastings on August 29, 1938 to Gail Shaw and Geraldine Virginia (Guy) Bever. He enjoyed music and the outings with the Hastings Home.

Larry was happy a person even with all the limitations life gave him. He is survived by: niece Lori (Arlen) Grove, Uncle Freeman Bever, Aunt Marjory Guy along with many cousins. Larry was preceded in death by: his parents and brother Gail Darwin Bever.

Cremation has taken place and a graveside Memorial will be held at Woodland Memorial Park at a later date. Memorials can be directed to the Hastings Home, 1505 N. Church Street, Hastings MI 49058. Online condolences can be left at www.
