Obituary for Lauren Petrillo Lauren E. Petrillo, 29 of Lewistown, passed away at 11:50 p.m., Friday, June 15, 2018 at Geisinger-Holy Spirit Hospital as a result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Born June 4, 1989 in Lewistown, she was the daughter of Michael Petrillo of Milroy and Anne McCalips of Lewistown and her step-father, Martin McCalips, Sr. Lauren is survived by her fiancé James McCann; her children, Jimmy and Billy McCann; her sister, Nicole McCalips and companion Jake Auman; her brother, Martin McCalips, Jr.; a nephew, Adley Auman and her grandmother, Susan Petrillo. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Scott and Trudy Brown; her uncles, Jimmy and Johnny Brown; her uncle Joe McCalips and beloved aunt, Judy Soult who are all dearly missed.
Lauren was employed and was a rising star at Philips Ultrasound, Inc. Lauren was a light in many lives and she will be dearly missed. A memorial service to celebrate Lauren’s life will be held at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at the Barr Funeral Home and Crematory, 120 Logan Street, Lewistown with Rev. Howard Houtz officiating.
There will be a time of visitation with the family from 6:00 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
