Leonard’s Obituary Leonard (Doc) Romansoff, age 78 of Frankford, DE passed away January 7, 2019. Doc was born in Yonkers, NY on August 1, 1940. He practiced 40 years as a Chiropractor.

Doc went to Yonkers New York Grade School and Hackley School in Tarrytown. He attended Chiropractic Institute of New York, graduating in 1963 as a Doctor of Chiropractic and licensed to practice in the State of New York in June 1965. He practiced in Yonkers, Hastings and Mahopac, New York until his retirement in 2005 at which time he retired to Frankford, DE.

Romansoff is survived by his wife Barbara Romansoff; his sister, Doreen Cesa of Cocoa Beach, FL; nieces, Jennifer Cesa of New York, NY, Jessica Cesa-Mont of Bedford, Nova Scotia; nephew, Christopher Cesa of East Northport, NY; cousin, Father Michael Nolan of Cleveland, TN and cousin, Nancy Nolan. He was predeceased by his father Leo Romansoff and mother Ann Romansoff, and his Uncle, Father Emil Masich. He was a regular parishioner at St. Ann’s and Our Lady of Guadalupe Roman Catholic Churches and before moving to Delaware at St. Nicholas of Myra Byzantine Catholic Church in Yonkers, NY.

He was a lover of nature, enjoyed hunting, gardening, his Corvette, fresh water fishing and working outdoors until he sunset. He was a lifelong member of the NRA and a member of the Beachcombers of Southern Delaware. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial on January 14, 2019 at 11 A.M. at Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe, 35318 Church Road, Frankford, DE 19945.

Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Dagsboro, DE. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude’s Hospital, Shriner’s Hospital for Children, Delaware Hospice Milford or St. Nicholas of Myra, White Plains, NY.
