Leria’s Obituary Funeral services for Mrs. Leria Joe Ann Skoug will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 11, 2019 at Rush Funeral Home Chapel in Oakdale with Reverend Tony Robinson officiating. Interment will follow in Resthaven Cemetery, Oakdale. Mrs. Skoug, 78, of Oakdale, entered eternal rest on Saturday, March 9, 2019 in Oakdale Community Hospital.

Lera was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved having “popsicle parties” with her grandkids. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Retta Moreno; her husband, Stanley H. Skoug and her brother-in-law, Arnold Miller.

Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory include two sons, Joel Skoug and his wife, Melonie and Lenny Skoug and his wife, Cindy and one sister, Louise Miller all of Oakdale; two grandchildren, David Skoug and his wife, Trish and Allison Lemmons and her husband, D.K.; five great grandchildren, Adrianna Skoug, Jonathon Lemmons, Rebbecca Lemmons, Sophia Lemmons and Katie Lemmons. Friends may call at Rush Funeral Home on Monday, March 11, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service. The family would like to thank Dr. Joseph and the Staff of Allen Oaks Nursing Home and Oakdale Community Hospital.
