McArthur King November 22, 1944 – March 06, 2019 Share this obituary Send Sympathy Gifts Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card| Memorial Donation Funeral services for Mr. McArthur King will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 8, 2019, in the Lake Cove Baptist Church, with Reverend Ervin Goodman officiating. Interment will follow in Turkey Creek Cemetery, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pine Prairie. Mr. King, 74, of Lake Cove, entered eternal rest on Sunday, March 6, 2019 at his residence.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Hattie King; his wife, Alice Lou King; his son, Joe King; his sister, Gladys Blevins; and five brothers, Burrel King, Roy King, Clarence King, Wesley King and Chester King. Those left to mourn his loss and cherish his memory include his sister, Gracie Johnson, of Turkey Creek; his granddaughter Hayley Marie King of 5th Ward, LA and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends may call at Lake Cove Baptist Church, from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 2:00p.m. on Friday, March 8, 2019.
