Haw River – Linda McCloud, 70, passed away Friday, September 28, 2018 at Alamance Regional Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born on August 9, 1948 in Pulaski, KY to the late Freddie Darrel Clayborn and Allene Tomlinson Clayborn. Linda retired from Stratosphere Quality Controls and was currently working at Wal-Mart in Mebane.

She adored and loved being around her grandchildren and great grandchildren; she enjoyed reading and was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. Linda… Read More » is survived by her twin sons, Sherman “Butch” McCloud and wife, Tracy and Sherman “Buck” McCloud; grandchildren, Cassandra McCloud and fiancé, Andre Lewis, Miranda Brown and husband, Matt, Alisha McCloud Deloatch and husband, Michael and Conner McCloud; great grandchildren, Jayden, Liam, Maggie and Marcel; a sister, Sandy Allen and husband, Michael; brothers, Donavon Clayborn and wife, Eilene and Walter Clayborn; several nieces, nephews and cousins. The funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time.
