Obituary of Linda Phoebus Linda C. Phoebus “Sunshine”, 58, of Princess Anne, passed away on Monday, September 24, 2018, peacefully at her home. Born on July 17, 1960 in Salisbury, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Dorothy Williams Albert. Linda attended Wicomico High School.

She enjoyed arts, crafts and making people laugh. Linda was Sister Sunshine to the Brother’s at Arms MC. Most of all she was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

Linda is survived by her husband, Brian G. Phoebus; three sons: Charles Parker, Jr., Eric Parker, and Justin Webb and his wife Michaela; a daughter Jessica Phoebus; four brothers: Terry Albert and his wife Jan, Dale Albert and his wife Patsy, Wayne Albert and his wife Liz and Jay Albert; three granddaughters: Janelle Parker, Charlie Parker, and Brilynn Lankford; a grandson, Dylan Causey; and several nieces, nephews, sisters and brothers. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her niece Dawn Mitchell. A Celebration of Linda’s Life will be held on Saturday.

September 29, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Powellville VFW, 35481 Mt. Hermon Rd. , Pittsville, MD 21850.
