Obituary for Lindell “Pert” Miller Lindell “Pert” Miller, 91, of Anderson, passed away on April 24, 2018 at Countryside Manor Health and Living Community. He was born on May 22, 1926 in Daniel Boone, Kentucky and resided most of his life in Anderson. Pert retired from Guide Lamp Division of General Motors after 38 1/2 years of service.

He was a member of South Meridian Church of God for over 60 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing cards, NASCAR, and spending time with his family. Pert is survived by his wife, Lois C. Miller; children, Darryl K. (Lisa) Miller, Peggy D. (Larry) Hines; brother, Aubrey (Sue) Miller; grandchildren, Kristofer R. (Holly) Miller, Nicholas A. (Kristy) Miller, Jennifer B. (Robert) Beiers, Julie E. (Eric) Lierman, Stacey Farmer, Amanda (Jimmy) Collins; great-grandchildren, Michaella Lierman, Mackenzie Lierman, Tytus Beiers, Lillian Miller, Madeline Miller, and Zach Miller.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ruby Lloyd Miller; mother, Oshie Miller; first wife, Dorothy “Dottie” Miller; siblings, Melvin Miller, Noble Miller, Milburn Miller, Leburn Miller, Doyle Miller, Hobart Miller, Arvil Miller, Harold Miller, and Verla Schwab. Visitation will be held Thursday, April 26, 2018, 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 West 53rd St. Anderson. Services will be at 1:00 pm, Friday, April 27, 2018, at South Meridian Church of God, 2402 Meridian Street, Anderson with Pastor Ed Hyatt officiating.

Entombment will take place in Anderson Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to South Meridian Church of God 2402 Meridian Street Anderson, IN 46016. www.
