Liz’s Obituary Funeral services for Ms. Liz Sharp will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 13, 2019, at Lake Cove Baptist Church, Turkey Creek with Reverends Cody King and Ervin Goodman officiating. Interment will follow in McCormick Cemetery, Turkey Creek, LA under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Oakdale. Ms. Sharp, 70, of Glenmora, entered eternal rest on Sunday, March 10, 2019 in her residence.

Liz was a Christian lady with a great love for her Lord. She was devoted to her family and she loved cooking for her family and reading. She also loved her front porch and sweet tea.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Pinky and Alice Sharp; one brother, Herman Sharp and one son-in-law, Louis Clark. Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory include one son, Jeremy Hazelton and his wife, Kristina for Glenmora, LA; two daughters, Auleata Willis and her husband, Billy Ray and Deana Clark, both of Glenmora, LA; one brother, Willie Sharp and his wife, Jane of Glenmora; two sisters, Laura Coker of Glenmora, LA and Janell Chaddrick and her husband, Clen of Turkey Creek, LA; seven grandchildren, Jade, Danielle, Allen, Derrick, Jared, Dillion and Destiny; six great grandchildren, Adrieanna, Landyn, Jayzlee, Gracelynn, Harlow and Jayce. Friends may call at Lake Cove Baptist Church on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Visitation will resume on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at 8:00 a.m. until time of service.
