Lizica Claudia Roman, age 51, of Hot Springs, died Thursday, April 26, 2018. She was born on March 16, 1967 in Romania, the daughter of George and Lenuta Ghioaco. On September 25, 1994, she married Ioan Roman.

Claudia was a member of Betania Romanian Apostolic Church. She enjoyed art and painting. She is survived by her husband, Ioan Roman; two sons, Emmanuel Roman-Ghioaco and Daniel Roman-Ghioaco; her parents, George and Lenuta Ghioaco; one brother and sister-in-law, Cornel and Viorica Ghioaco; one sister and brother-in-law, Lidia and Nicolae Stanciu; and a host of wonderful friends.

Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Sunday, April 29, 2018 in the Betania Romanian Apostolic Church with Rev. George Sasca officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Hot Springs.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Saturday evening. Guest registry is at www. davis-smith.com.
