Ruby Outler Barnette, age 83, of Hot Springs, passed away on April 16, 2018. She was born on June 24, 1934, in Hot Springs, the daughter of Eugene John Priddy and Alice Ruth Cox Priddy. Ruby was preceded in death by two husbands, Dempsey Outler and Gordon Barnette; her parents; and her sister Evelyn Hickman.

She retired from Regions Bank after forty years of devoted service. Most of all, she was devoted to her faith and her family. She is survived by two sisters, Ruth Elaine Cooper of Hot Springs and Margaret Tingle (George) of Altamonte Springs, Florida; two brothers, David Priddy (Wanda) and Danny Priddy (Carolyn), both of Hot Springs; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and a host of wonderful friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Hot Springs with Rev. Larry Catcher officiating. Interment will be in the Hughes Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Alan Hickman, Jay Hickman, Alan Hickman Jr., Clark Priddy, Todd Priddy, and Michael Tingle. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Piney Baptist Church: 3150 Albert Pike Road, Hot Springs, AR 71913. Guest registry at www.
