Obituary for Lorraine Wisniewski Saginaw, Michigan Beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at Hoyt Nursing Home. Age 94 years. The daughter of the late John and Helen (Pagel) Dougherty, Lorraine was born on July 16, 1923 in Saginaw, Michigan.

She married Walter Wisniewski on June 26, 1948. He predeceased her on October 11, 2010. Surviving are three daughters and three sons, David (Shannon) Wisniewski, James (Marie) Wisniewski, Richard (Mary) Wisniewski, Patricia (Steven) Nye, Dana Krawczyk and Terri (David) Violette; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two sisters, Jean (Richard) Marr and Kay Kleinbreil.

Funeral Liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 18, 2018 at Christ the Good Shepherd Parish – St. Helen Catholic Church, 2445 N. Charles St. Rev. Fr. Ronald Wagner will officiate with interment to follow in St. Andrew Cemetery.

Friends may call at the church where the family will be present on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Sandra Kahn Fund – Cartwright Hospice Residence or Saginaw County Meals on Wheels. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd.
