Louis’ Obituary GLENS FALLS — Louis Cuono Ricciardi, age 74, passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at home with loved ones after a long illness. Born December 8, 1944 in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was the son of Antonio and Mary (Alleva) Ricciardi. On July 8, 1967, Louis married the love of his life, Marianne Shaffer in Brooklyn.

While living in New York, he worked at JP Morgan Chase Bank as a systems analyst. In his spare time, Louis loved watching the horse races. He was a huge dog lover as well as a big tease, and he had such a wonderful sense of humor.

Louis is predeceased by his parents, Antonio and Mary Ricciardi. Those left to cherish his memory include his beloved wife, Marianne; his son, David Ricciardi; his daughter, Dana Ricciardi; his granddaughter, Sofia Ricciardi; his son-in-law, Derek Premo; his adorable dog, Sophie; and his “grand-dog,” Lucy. Calling hours will take place Saturday, March 30 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Baker Funeral Home, 11 Lafayette St., Queensbury, NY 12804.
