She will be remembered for her firm and unwavering faith in her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Lucy loved children and was an active part of the Foster Grandparent Program in the Schools. As well, she loved gardening, knitting and visiting with friends and family.

She will be greatly missed. Lucy was preceded in death by her parents, and by her brother, Anthony Delgado. She is survived by her son, Albert Cardenas of Albuquerque; ex-husband, Albert Cardenas Sr. of El Paso; two grandchildren, Destiny Reina and Marissa; as well as many other family members and friends who loved her.

A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel of Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th ST. NW. ABQ.
