Rosalie Joy Mortenson June 11, 1927 – May 20, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Upload Photo| Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Rosalie Joy Mortenson Myers died on May 20, 2019 at her home in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Rosalie was born in Inkom, Idaho on June 11, 1927 to Frances Gertrude Hints and Martin Orlando Mortensen. Rosalie was employed as a post mistress, APS food services and retired from The Veterans Hospital in Albuquerque.

She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and held many church positions. As well, Rose enjoyed traveling, crocheting, reading and writing. Rosalie is survived by her four children, Wesley Martin Myers and his wife Deanna, Dan Emanuel Myers and his wife Donna, Wayne Bruce Myers and his wife Connie and Robert Mike Myers; 20 grandchildren, 57 great grandchildren and 29 great great grandchildren; as well as many other family members and friends who loved and will miss her.

Rose will be interred at Mountain View Cemetery in Moriarty, New Mexico. There will be a funeral service at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints-Eubank Chapel, located at 4109 Eubank NE in Albuquerque, New Mexico on Saturday, June 22nd , 2019 at 11:00 AM.
