Luke Alan Jennings of Danville, passed away Thursday, March 7, 2019, at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics in Iowa City. Born February 28, 2019, in Mount Pleasant, IA, he was the son of Justin and Mallory (Prickett) Jennings. Luke was 11 pounds and 20 inches long when he was born .

He had dark hair just like his dad, and he shares a middle name with his dad and grandfather. Survivors include father, Justin Jennings and mother, Mallory Jennings of Danville, IA; paternal grandparents, Kurt Jennings and Scott and Jennifer Arbogast, maternal grandparents Ken and Diane Schwenker; great-grandparents Ed and Jane Goldhammer, and numerous aunts and uncles. Luke is preceded in death by several great-grandparents.

Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM with the family to receive friends Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Prugh~Thielen Funeral Home. The funeral service for Luke will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 13, 2019, at Prugh~Thielen Funeral Home with Seth Dusenberry officiating. Burial will be in Prairie Grove Cemetery.
