Margaret Franklin Belcher May 01, 1932 – March 14, 2019 Share this obituary Send Sympathy Gifts Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Margaret Franklin Belcher age 86 of Louisville, Kentucky formerly of Russellville passed away Thursday, March 14, 2019 at Park Louisville. She was born in Breckinridge County, Kentucky on May 1, 1932 to the late Gilbert F. and Geneva (Spencer) Glasscock. She was a member of the Guptons Grove Baptist Church and retired from G. E. Margaret is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years Edris Belcher and a sister Ima Jean Glasscock.

She is survived by her; Daughter Vanessa Childress (Danny) of Louisville, Kentucky and a sister Kathleen Likens of Axtel, Kentucky 2 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Funeral services for Margaret Franklin Belcher will be conducted Saturday, March 23, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. in the Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel with Bro. Chris Skipworth officiating and burial to follow in the Smith Cemetery.

Visitation will begin Saturday from 11:00 A.M. until funeral time at 2:00 P.M. Pallbearers: Benny Belcher, Bruce Belcher, Blain Belcher, Danny Childress, Jr., Josh Crawley and Kenneth Belcher. The family ask that donations be made to the Smith Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund, C/O Doug Steenbergen, 2940 Caney Fork Road, Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
