Marvene Joyce Green March 09, 1934 – March 06, 2019 Share this obituary Send Sympathy Gifts Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Marvene Joyce Green age 84 of Russellville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at the Hospice House in Bowling Green. She was born in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky on March 9, 1934 to the late Silas and Ruth (Rickard) Jenkins. She was a member of the Post Oak Baptist Church and a retired Inspector with Emerson.

Marvene is preceded in death by her husband Clarence Marion “Buddy” Green and her half sister Ida Brown. She is survived by her: Three sons; Sonny Green, Damon “Ricky’ Wright (Debbie) and Danny Joe Wright (Kim) all of Russellville, two daughters; Vicki Shoemake (Earl) and Terri Wright (Glenn) both of Russellville, 13 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren. Funeral services for Marvene Joyce Green will be conducted Monday, March 11, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. in the Young Funeral Home Russellville chapel with Bro.

Eddie Bigbee officiating and burial to follow in the Maple Grove Cemetery.
