Margaret L. Koegle, 68, of Sandusky, passed away unexpectedly in her home on Saturday, May 5, 2018. She was born on August 7, 1949 in Coeburn, VA to the late Fred and Bertha (Mullins) George. She was a homemaker, focusing most of her time and energy on her family.

She loved to shop and visit thrift stores and garage sales. She was witty, could make anyone laugh, and loved country music. Spending time with her family was most important, and she will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her husband of nearly 36 years, Robert F. Koegle; daughters, Pamela Osborn and Michelle Neidler, both of Sandusky; step-son, Robert J. Koegle, of Shelbyville, TN; five grandchildren, Wendi, Jessica, Kelsi, Brooke, and Logan; seven great-grandchildren, with another on the way; sisters, Mary Ann (Clifford) Johnson, of Delaplane, VA, and Betty Church, of Sandusky; and many other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Eliscoe George and Billy George; and sister, Marie Ramey. Friends may call from 4 p.m. on Thursday, May 10 until the memorial service starts at 6 p.m. in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave.
